Returns & Warranties

Terms of Sales: Keep your original invoice, no returns, exchanges, or warranty will be made without it.
• A reasonable cash deposit is required for orders where parts must be obtained from other sources.
• Exchange parts must be turned in at the time of purchase, or a core charge will be made. The core charge will be refunded if the exchange parts are received within 10 days. Refund of the core charge will not include sales tax.
• Rocki Top Auto is not responsible for buyer error. Rocki Top Auto assumes no responsibility for improper installation or usage after time of purchase.

Returns: Rocki Top Auto has a return policy of 90 days for refund, store credit, or exchange for mechanical parts. Brokered parts have the same return policy and standard warranty as in-house part sales.
• Automotive batteries (not hybrid) must be returned within 30 days.
• Hybrid batteries are not returnable.
• Body sections which have been cut off to order are not returnable.
• Parts not matching are not returnable.
• Returned parts are subject to a 15% handling charge if accepted. Parts must be in the same condition on return as when sold. Parts other than those originally sold or which have been altered or damaged are not acceptable for return. It is agreed that the sole determiner of condition for return is Seller. Buyer agrees to any inspection or method of inspection dictated by Seller and agrees Seller has the right not to accept returned used merchandise if the condition of used merchandise has changed from date of sale.
• Shipping/Freight and Handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer assumes all cost of return freight/shipping.

Warranty Information: Keep your original invoice, no returns, exchanges, or warranty will be made without it. Parts are warrantied only under normal driving conditions. The warranty term is based on the original purchase date. All warranties are for the original purchaser only. Warranties are not transferable.
• For mechanical parts, customers warranty is a 90-day warranty on parts with the ability to purchase an extended warranty for at least one year on parts and limited labor.
• For sheet metal parts, customers warranty is a limited warranty against rust and corrosion for a one-year period from the date of purchase with the ability to purchase an extended limited lifetime warranty on parts and limited labor.

Warranty does not cover the following:
• The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, Loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages.
• On driveline components fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors, hoses, belts, frost plugs, spark plugs, and injectors are not guaranteed.
• Claims that result from an accident, improper installation, abuse, neglect, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance or when used in off-road or non-factory installations Claims that result from the failure of other existing components.
• Claims that result from overheating due to cooling system failure.
• All tires or rims that are not the factory original specification for the customer’s vehicles are sold AS IS with no expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
IMPORTANT, most electronics, modules and components with embedded modules will require programming as part of the correct repair procedure. Warranty will be void if correct programming procedure is not done. Programming is the customer’s responsibility and expense.
• Warranty covers the base component and none of the other attached parts. We are selling the single part and other parts left attached are there for possible convenience or to protect the part we are selling. These extra attached parts are not covered by any warranty.

The recycled OEM parts purchased on this invoice were provided by a professional automotive recycler that participates in the ARA Gold Seal Certified Auto Recycler Program. Rocki Top Auto agrees to the Gold Seal Code of Ethics. If you feel Rocki Top Auto has failed to deliver on a promise or you are not satisfied with your product, first address the issue with Rocki Top Auto and if then you do not feel they have been responsive call your concerns to the Gold Seal hotline at (888) 385-1005.
